Dublin Women's Convention 2026 - Transformed

We are very much looking forward to the annual Dublin Women's Convention on Saturday 10th October 2026 and to Miriam Neill speaking to us from the Bible about lives transformed by Jesus.

In the morning, Miriam will guide us through two gospel passages where Jesus transforms the lives of people who met him. We will also hear about God transforming lives today, both stories from local women and a seminar in the afternoon considering how God’s Holy Spirit transforms us day by day to make us more like the Lord Jesus.

Miriam introduces herself: I’m a child of God, born in a foreign land (England), to foreign parents (Welsh), living in Ireland for 17 years. I’m married to Ed and mother of 3 delightful teenagers. I’m grateful to God that my time is mostly spent meeting with women to walk, talk and pray through living for Christ, while supporting my husband in his ministry as pastor and raising our teens. I love my church family, reading, coffee, cooking, rugby and am involved with ‘Equipped to Care’ a developing charity which is committed to seeing the local church become a place where all people find wise care and biblical counsel.

The afternoon will include a seminar led by Esther Lynch who also serves with Equipped to Care'. Esther attends Immanuel Church Dublin (an Irish Church Missions church), where she serves in pastoral care, alongside her husband Kieron, the Minister.  Mum to 3 kids and a pet snake. She worked in Mental Health Promotion and Suicide Prevention in the NHS. She has completed training and an internship with Biblical Counselling UK and is currently studying for a Masters in Biblical Counselling with Westminster Theological Seminary in the States. 

We will return to the Riasc Centre in north Dublin near Swords, Eircode K67 PX85. There is parking available and it is served by two bus routes:
The 43 (from Eden Quay) and the 102 (from Malahide Train Station or Swords / the Airport – on this route you would need to get off at the Holywell Roundabout and walk 5 minutes.)

Convention tickets will cost €17.50 (€10 for students). This will include tea/coffee but please bring a packed lunch.

Please note that while food and drink may not be taken into the main auditorium, you may wish to allow time before you arrive to finish a coffee in the foyer area and during the lunchtime, food can be eaten in the foyer area or in rooms upstairs.
